Understanding the Targeted Proxy

Targeted Proxy

Targeted proxy analyzes web traffic for high risk URLs. It examines the domain and full URL of request to determine if it is a threat. The targeted proxy allows security analysis of good sites that are exploited to deliver cyber attacks. For example, a phishing url is hosted on https://docs.google.com/evil_file. The targeted proxy filters and blocks against the file hosting malware while allowing access to other URLS found at https://docs.google.com.
